Is McGuire “legally blind”? [News to this reporter.  He, being tricky guy, may have adopted that persona.]

Wouldn’t McGuire fear lightning bolts, toying with boys and preaching to saints? [Not if he was crazy.]
What kind of twisted gymnastics of the soul breeds that scenario? [Very twisted.]
Yes, how blessed that God does write straight with crooked pens or lines. Else we’d all be up the sh_t creek.  [In a lead canoe without a paddle, yes.]

I had a wonderful retyreat at Kings House in Buffalo, MN about 5 years ago. Fr. McGUIRE WAS A psychologist and archaeologist as well as retreat master for Mther Teresa’s nuns. He was legally blind and had a valet with him. If he is the one now accused of sex abuse I would like to write him of my prayerful support.

I have known Fr. McGuire for a good number of years. I refuse to believe these alegations are true based on the documentation (which is all public record) from the case in WI trial. Most negative articles written about Fr. McGuire are written by the shakedown artist a.k.a. Jeff Anderson and “associates.”

I sat in the courtroom during the trial. The “victim” had several different versions of his story and couldn’t remember a single detail that proved any of them.

If a man like Fr. McGuire can be convicted based on unsubstatiated lies, God help us all.

My prayers are with him. Please join me in these prayers. He could sure use them.

    How old was the “valet”?

I had a great retreat with Fr. McGuire many years ago. I have corresponded with him for many years since. I have a very, very hard time to believe that this man is guilty of the charges brought against him. I know him very well, and I have a very, very hard time believing these allegations.

After so many years and so many lies the truth was finally validated yesterday. McGuire destroyed so many lives as he climbed in power in the Jesuit order. He was a Succubus who fed on our lives, condemnded us to misery while he attained the prestige, power and respect of all around him.

What power did Fr. McGuire have in the Jesuit order? That is a fantasy.

To call the allegations against this monster “unsubstatiated lies” requires that one lives in denial with no compassion to the young lives that he has irreparably scarred. After being convicted in Wisconsin of abusing two boys, McGuire was somehow allowed to live at Canisius House in Evanston IL with a 13 year old boy IN HIS ROOM. (SEVEN other Jesuit priests lived there and said nothing and allegedly knew nothing.) The boy was a virtual prisoner and sex slave with no means of escape until his 17th birthday when he went away to college. (The boy’s mother ceded custody to McGuire!) As an adult the victim sought $58,000 in a civil suit against McGuire, whose lawyers claimed the boy was just “in it for the money.” All things considered, $58,000 is not a lot for four years of sexual servitude. Donald McGuire deserves to rot in jail.

The boy that claimed he was a prisoner at Canisius House went to boarding schools; 8th grade at The Trivium in Boston, 4 years at St. Lawerence in Wisconsin, then college. He also settled for $1.4 million not $58,000. Should his allegations be true, all the priests living at Canisius House, the past 6 Jesuit provincials, and their staffs, (Schaeffer & company), are unindicted co-conspiritors along with the actual guardians, the Tanners, and all of them need to rot in jail along with McGuire.
