Ah those tears again from that soft-hearted guy Obama

He took the children’s murders to heart. But there are many more children and others dying on his watch.

Announcing his executive actions on gun control at the White House . . . President Obama wiped away tears as he talked about the mass shooting of first-graders in Newtown, declaring, “Every time I think about those kids it gets me mad.”

No doubt the president’s emotion was genuine. [sic] When any of us think of first-graders being killed, our hearts break and our blood pressure rises.

But Obama’s tearful moment raises a question: Why doesn’t Obama show that same emotion when it comes to terror?

Why not?

Obama feels the difference; slain children are a deep regret, terrorists stir call to act. What’s happened cannot be fixed; what awaits us needs intervention. Both fueled by adrenaline in much different ways.

What if he sat down with Islamic State survivors, brought them to a press conference, had picture taken with them, in short show us that his heart is in something besides gun control and other forced observances which he endorses by doing end run around Congress? He’d bring tears to many eyes, would join crying of many more suffering people.

He (Obama) did that when he attached his public interest to the Palestinean plight just after he took office. The first president to dare piss off Israel, followed his collaborative activist strategy, learned on Chicago’s South Side, against Netanyahu’s “I’ll show You-ism” and got his ass handed to him because BiBi used the pubic press even better than POTUS. Maybe, at the end of his tenure, he learned to tempt out his Queen, and win or loose the Chess game, to his own self be true? DaYa think?
